Sushi lovers unite! Here is a chance for you to get some real hands on experience with a complete sushi experience. Learn the history of sushi, then move on to prepare the ingredients and make your very own sushi for lunch! This is a great way for you to learn to prepare your own sushi, so you don’t always have to head out for some maki!
Your day starts at the YO! Sushi restaurant at 10 in the morning, where you will meet the staff and your group. Your first assigned task will be to roll makis and handrolls, with the staff there to lend a hand if you need it. Then you can break for a classic Bento box lunch before you head home with a rolling mat and a ton of new sushi-making skills. Aragato!
