Hampton Court is one of England’s most famous palaces and was home to many kings and queens of the Tudor age. As you would expect, the palace is equally beautiful and luxurious and there are many historical facts and stories to discover on your walking tour around the palace and it’s incredible gardens.

After exploring the grounds, you can enjoy a well-deserved cream tea in the Tiltyard Café and take in the beauty of the grounds.

Experience the wonder of Shakespeare’s Globe Theatre with this wonderful guided tour and exhibition on the Southbank of the River Thames.

Your day will give you a great insight into the life and times of William Shakespeare and the history of this incredible theatre. By wandering around the grounds during your guided tour and by discovering more through the interactive exhibits on display, you’ll learn all about the plays, writing, costumes and music of the Globe Theatre.

Also, after your Globe Theatre experience has ended you’ll be ideally located to walk along the Thames, taking in the cafes, restaurants, shops and galleries that Bankside has to offer. A perfect cultural day out in London.

You will meet your expert guide at the departure point and set out towards the Thames Bridge. Your RIB has the advantage of being able to access points that larger boats cannot. The tour may include seeing such landmarks as the London Eye, Shakespeare’s Globe, the House of Parliament, Paul’s Cathedral, the Tower of London and the famous Canary Wharf. This is a perfect trip for a family, and will give you a whole new perspective of London.

The daytime tours consist of a paddle upstream to a pub or restaurant for some nosh, then downstream for the return journey. If you crave to see the quieter side of London then consider the sunrise / sunset paddle which will take you past Hampton Court or Regent’s Canal. You will see a variety of sights, including wildlife as you take in London away from the hustle and bustle.

When you arrive at the health club you both will be given an all-access pass to the club for the day. Some clubs will give you complimentary use of towels while you are there. Get ready for a fun day of pampering and challenging your body, while spending time with someone you care about.

When you arrive you’ll be briefed on safety and how to handle your land yacht. Initially you will sail at a low speed so you can get the hang of steering and stopping your yacht, and then your instructor will let you take a few turns on the figure-eight course. If you show an aptitude of handling you may be permitted to take the yacht out for a gybe turn – an advanced manoeuvre. Each time you handle the yacht you will be able to increase the speeds you reach, making this a fun and exhilarating experience.
